Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with QuizKai Premium within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@quizkai.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscriptions beyond the 14-day refund window
• Partial month usage after cancellation
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
